Load guide: what belongs in a soft bag
Everyday loads, the design maximum, and the things that still need a box.
The wrap-around handles run under the bag so the weight sits on the strap. That only helps if the bag isn't packed like a box of books.
- Ideal, up to 35 lb: clothes, bedding, pillows, towels, shoes.
- Design maximum, 50 lb: lift with both wrap-around handles together, close to your body.
- Use a box: books, dishes, tools, canned goods.
