Moving bags vs boxes: cost, space, and time
Where a soft bag beats a cardboard box, and where a box is still the right tool.
Boxes crush, need tape, and usually make one trip. A CasaBella bag zips open, fills the awkward gaps in a car, and folds flat for the next move. It is the wrong tool for books.
Use a bag
- Clothes, bedding, pillows, towels, stuffed animals, shoes.
- Anything that should stay dry if the sidewalk is wet. The shell is glossy laminated woven PE.
- Anything you want to keep after move-in, including dorm storage.
Use a box
- Books, dishes, tools, canned food, and other dense weight.
- Anything fragile that needs rigid walls.
